      Job Summary

      Accurate output is expected in all cases handled with key tasks described as follows: Retrieve cases assigned to job holder and keep productivity log updated of completion status. Retrieve data from multiple system or hard copy sources and capture them to the destination system. Review data consistency across various documents and system data according to pre-set guidelines. All work must be completed in strict adherence to operating manuals without deviations. Provide ad hoc admin support to supervisor such as photocopying, scanning, data entry and archival of documents for approved cases as assigned.

      • Review data consistency across various documents and the ECDD system data according to pre-set guidelines.
      • Complete the Mandatory E-learnings on timely basis.
      • All cases assigned on ECDD must be completed in strict adherence to operating manuals without deviations.
      • Turnaround Time (TAT) for each case to be maintained.
      • All cases reviewed are 100% accurate in terms of data content; and all CDD documents are captured to fulfil SME AML CDD Procedures and local requirements for proper AML CDD control.
      • To ensure that review is performed on proposed cases and rejections are highlighted to frontline according to the risk classification of errors viz. High, Medium & Low and shared with frontline / proposer for necessary correction.
      • Ensure effective socialisation of issues and best practices in the unit
      • Focus on Customer Experience while completing the CDD Ops activities. Group Complaint Register to be reviewed for AML CDD related issues.
      • To support the Checker/frontline of the case for smooth execution on ECDD
      • To provide the necessary guidance/training to the frontline (PR Hunters & RM) so that the error rates are minimum.

      Skills and Experience

      • CDD expertise

      Qualifications

      • Experience and knowledge in Banking industry with AML Experience
      • Must be certified (as prescribed for the role) by completing all relevant SCB e-assessments
      • Solid knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements relating to CDD/AML and internal procedures
      • Minimum 5-6 year relevant experience in AML/KYC and/or client onboarding, from banking and/or financial services sector with a focus on private banking clients, including corporate
      • Good working knowledge of Microsoft standard desktop packages.
      • Good communication skills and an ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
      • High level of integrity and professionalism
      • High attention to detail
