What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the BenX model, best practices, and industry trends
- Consult with clients to enhance their understanding and application of BenX services
- Lead client renewals and proactively address client needs to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Conduct quarterly client forums to promote dialogue and share insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client strategy and deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Health and Benefits
- At least 6 years of client consulting experience, including relationship management
- Proven ability to influence senior-level executives and articulate value
- Strong project management, communication, and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; active life and health insurance license preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with a consulting company, insurance company, or brokerage in the health and benefits sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to travel as needed
