Aon Graduate Programme 2024 - Energy & Renewables – Junior Broker Have you completed your bachelor or higher or are you on track to achieve it? What the day will look like The Graduate Programme for Energy & Renewable team will commence in Summer 2024 (typically August) and has been designed to identify and support the development of key future talent. As such, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate a genuine interest, drive and potential to build a lasting career at Aon. As an Energy & Renewable Junior Broker, you will be working as part of the wider Energy & Renewable team to contribute to delivering high quality client services. The Energy & Renewable Junior Broker will assist in the responsibility for delivering and executing the Aon broking strategy. As an Energy & Renewable Junior Broker you will be responsible for: Assist in analyse and advice clients on risk exposure and insurance needs under the direction of the Broker Assist the Broker in obtaining the most effective, competitive and compliant insurance programs that adress the clients needs Assist the Broker when place insurances on behalf of client and as instructed in writing by clients Assit in identify and analyse overall client exposures and determine which insurance markets to utilize, ensure thorough evaluation of qualified companies in the marketplace Registration of email and data in our systems Assist in claims handling Reporting and billing How this opportunity is different In this role you will be exposed to various facets of Energy & Renewables industry.
