      Accounts Payable Analyst

      Our Swindon facility is the global center for Zydis® Technology—a best-in-class, orally dissolving tablet (ODT) platform. Zydis® formulations disperse almost instantly in the mouth without water, with over 20 products launched in 60 countries.

      We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Swindon. This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier payments and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners.

      The Role:

      • Review and process supplier invoices, ensuring appropriate approvals and PO matching.
      • Accurately enter invoice data into Catalent’s ERP system.
      • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies for all payments.
      • Monitor and manage invoice workflows and payment processing for assigned sites.
      • Support achievement of AP service centre KPIs, including invoice matching, indexing, and coding.
      • Respond promptly and professionally to supplier inquiries.
      • Ensure timely application of supplier discounts to maximize value.
      • Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet process and service expectations.
      • Assist the Global AP Leader with ad hoc projects as needed.

      The Candidate:

      • Proven experience in Accounts Payable processes.
      • Strong analytical, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
      • Willingness to work onsite in Swindon two days per week.
