      Job Description

      • Responsible for achieving assigned goals in production, safety, quality, performance, and cost.
      • Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
      • Perform invoice data entry.
      • Process, verify, and code expense reports for employees.
      • Ensure invoices are paid on time and prompt payment discounts are taken when available.
      • Process weekly check runs.
      • File checks alphabetically by vendor. Perform duties as workload necessitates.
      • Communicate regularly with supervisor about job-related issues. Promote a safe and harmonious work environment.
      • Adhere to company policy and procedures.
      • Communicate effectively between shifts and other departments.

      Hard Skills

      • 1-2 years of experience with processing invoices
      • 1-2 years of experience with data entry
      • 1-2 years of experience with vendor maintenance
      • Experience with check runs

      Work Environment

      Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

      On Site Position in East Syracuse.
