We maximize the best of technology, automation, and AI to simplify the complexities of eCommerce through our two products - Channel Gate and Freight Club. We partner with vendors and retailers to tackle some of the industry’s biggest challenges, offering prescriptive recommendations to optimize their ROI in a competitive market. Our remote-flexible team works to support our partners from the US and Canada.

      About the Role

Are you ready to take the lead in our dynamic accounts payable operations? As an AP Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our high-performing finance team, driving efficiency and excellence. You'll manage vendor payments, guide our offshore AP team, and implement streamlined processes that ensure smooth operations. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal teams, handling rebate-related tasks, managing our corporate credit card program, and assisting with month-end closing.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys optimizing processes, and is eager to make a significant impact. If you're passionate about finance and ready to step into a leadership role, we want to hear from you!

      What You’ll Be Doing

      • Leadership & Support: Lead and support day-to-day accounts payable vendor operations, driving continuous process improvements.
      • Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for AP vendor and carrier escalations, liaising with both internal teams and external partners.
      • Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate directly with internal operations teams (IT, EDI, Finance, and Vendor Onboarding) to resolve cross-functional issues.
      • SLA Management: Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the shared AP inbox, providing team support in addressing vendor inquiries related to payments, rebates, and rejected bills.
      • Rebate Management: Supervise rebate collection and credit memo processes.
      • Reconciliation: Reconcile rebate deductions, ensuring accurate financial accounting for rebate adjustments.
      • Team Coordination: Manage the accounts payable team, including coordination with the offshore data entry team.
      • Month-End Closing: Assist in completing month-end closing processes, analyzing variances for assigned AP accounts, and supporting internal and external audit queries.
      • Credit Card Program Administration: Administer the corporate credit card program through Divvy, including card issuance, transaction coding, reconciliation, and policy compliance.
      • Adaptability: Responsibilities may evolve over time, with additional duties added or modified to meet business needs.

      What You Bring

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
      • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced Accounts Payable (AP) environment.
      • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with macros.
      • ERP Systems: Comfortable working across multiple ERP platforms; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
      • Reporting Tools: Previous experience or familiarity with Power BI is preferred.
      • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
      • Work Style: Thrives in dynamic environments, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
      • Career Growth: Ideal for candidates aspiring to take on leadership roles in a fast-paced finance setting.

      Bonus Points If You Have:

      • Familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains.

      Compensation
