      Service Technician – Twin Ridge Apartments, Baltimore, MD

      Join Our Team at WPM Real Estate Management!
      Twin Ridge Apartments is seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. This position involves completing maintenance work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents.

      Schedule:
      Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
      On-call availability required for evenings, weekends, and holidays (rotating schedule)

      Starting Pay:
      From $20/hour (based on experience) + phone allowance

      Key Responsibilities:

      • HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance

      • General plumbing and electrical repairs

      • Drywall installation and finishing

      • Appliance maintenance and repair

      • Painting apartments and common areas

      • Maintaining cleanliness and safety on property grounds

      • Snow removal as needed

      • Preparing apartments for move-in

      • Participating in on-call emergency rotation

      Requirements:

      • 3–5 years of residential or multi-family property maintenance experience

      • High school diploma or equivalent

      • HVAC or CFC certification required

      • Demonstrated skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

      • Ability to climb ladders up to 85’

      • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

      • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

      • Excellent customer service mindset
