      Apartment Setup Coordinator
      National Corporate Housing is looking for a dedicated Apartment Setup Coordinator to ensure our luxury corporate apartments are exceptional prior to our guests’ arrival. This individual will help to inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of all apartments prior to residents move-in; identify and quickly correct problems within the apartment, and arrange delivery of housewares and light furniture. The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong communication and customer service skills.

      What are you focused on:
      • Assisting with apartment housewares set-up and tear downs
      • Moving and staging furniture
      • Inspecting each apartment entirely; taking a complete housewares inventory just prior to resident’s scheduled move in, adding the final touches to their new home to create an exceptional guest experience
      • Quickly identifying problems, finding creative solutions, and working under pressure to correct them before our guest arrives
      • Overseeing key control for apartments inspected
      • Conducting monthly housewares inventory; including purchasing supplies and inventory locally as directed by supervisor

      What’s needed to be successful in this role:
      • A personable self-starter with excellent communication skills
      • Have an enthusiastic “whatever it takes” attitude towards providing the ultimate guest experience
      • Mobility to travel around the market as needed
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
      • Ability to lift 80+ lbs worth of furniture with assistance of dolly
      • Must have drivers license, dependable vehicle and have a clean driving record
      • Knowledgeable about power tools is preferred
      Benefits:
