      Base pay range

      $70,000.00/yr - $78,000.00/yr

      A women's fashion brand based in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated and intelligent Production Coordinator to support our Accessories and Footwear team in the development and production of both categories. This full-time role emphasizes materials and components, playing a critical part in bringing our creative concepts to life.

      This position reports to the Director of Product Development & Production and requires a candidate with a background in better contemporary apparel or accessories. Flexibility to work onsite four days a week with remote work on Fridays is required.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      Development:

      • Enter all materials and components data into the PLM system (WFX), including leather and fabric detail sheets, HTS codes, and SKU information for ERP integration.
      • Create and update BOM modules for all styles across both divisions throughout the development season.
      • Manage seasonal raw material Work-in-Progress (WIPs) to ensure timely delivery of components.
      • Order SMS materials for both divisions and provide weekly status updates to the team.
      • Compile all raw material costing and negotiate pricing with the Accessories Director.

      Production:

      • Support the Accessories Director with materials comments directed to suppliers; update WFX and Netsuite as needed.
      • Place all Raw Material/CMO Purchase Orders for both divisions.
      • Manage work-in-progress communications with suppliers and factories, ensuring deadlines are met.
      • Create and maintain a production article master library for all materials and components.
      • Fill out Product Knowledge sheets for wholesale and e-commerce teams regarding materials.

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • A minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience in a design or fashion environment.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
      • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools is ideal.
      • Strong attention to detail.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Independent, proactive work ethic.
      • Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak seasons and markets.
