      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and research the processing of services, procedures, and authorizations for appeals and grievances
      - Obtain and review relevant medical records for appeals and grievances
      - Manage appeals and grievances within the UHC Turquoise Care Population
      - Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies regarding member grievances and appeals
      - Assist with validation of monthly/quarterly State appeal and grievance reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience with appeals, grievances, and member complaints
      - Ability to compose written correspondence free of grammatical errors
      - Client-facing experience or customer service background
      - Residency in the state of New Mexico
      - Ability to travel up to 10% throughout the state of New Mexico

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Medicaid and managed care
      - Experience working with state partners
      - Health plan experience
      - Experience gathering documentation and presenting case facts at state fair hearings
