      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support technical application administration and operational aspects of core applications
      - Troubleshoot process and technical issues related to software and applications
      - Provide training to end users and manage user groups within applications
      - Collaborate with vendors on licensing and renewal discussions
      - Analyze applications to ensure compliance with security protocols and guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting core business applications
      - Proficient in transforming business objectives into technical solutions
      - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in project coordination
      - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two (2) years of experience as an application analyst or business analyst in a healthcare setting
      - Experience in a project coordination/management or training role
      - Familiarity with systems applications related to job functions, such as EMA or NextGen
      - Knowledge of state and federal regulations, including HIPAA guidelines
