What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement effective solutions for system improvements
- Design, develop, and test system configurations to meet business needs
- Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and ongoing maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic application issues while providing end-user support
- Monitor applications for issues related to maintenance, upgrades, and implementations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to obtain Epic certification within 6 months of hire if not already certified
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epic applications and support
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems and best practices
- Previous involvement in system upgrades or implementations
- Leadership experience in managing small projects
- Skills in process design and documentation for new technology
