      Short Description

      Cooper IT is excited to offer an Application Analyst III position on our on our Epic Applications Team. Our team is focused on all things Epic.

      We are looking for a candidate who has experience working with Patient Access workflows who would be responsible for:

      • Providing complex qualitative and quantitative analysis on data and information collected as part of application requirement gathering. • Identify requirements, provide fit gap analysis, and create effective technical solutions for business needs. • Design, validate and confirm new or changed functionality with the supported application environment that meets customer specifications. • Troubleshoot research and solve technically challenging issues impacting operational workflows for providers, patients, and end users. Act as liaison between the end user and application analysts.• Implement and manage small to medium level projects. • Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and ability to interact well with diverse end-users, Physicians, and IT Staff.• Patient Champion: Keeping the patient experience first and foremost in all that we do. • Organization Champion – speak up, share ideas, and best practices on processes we could improve upon internally.

      Experience Required

      • 6+ years’ work-related experience required with front-end registration and scheduling workflows• Workflow Experience with Epic Registration, Patient Movement, Bed Management, and Logistics workflows• Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system preferred

      Education Requirements

      Bachelors preferred

      • 6 to 7 years relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience will be considered in lieu of degree • Information Technology/Systems, Healthcare preferred

      License/Certification Requirements

      Preferred

      RN, PT, OT, MA, LPN.Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system.

      Required

      Application specific certification/proficiency within 90 days of hire if applicable.

      Special Requirements

      • Attend Cooper training classes to learn operational workflows. • Ability to communicate effectively.• Attention to detail. • Support Go-Live events
