What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure, modify, test, and troubleshoot existing software applications
- Analyze end-user data and business needs to recommend changes and optimize program/system performance
- Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications
- Conduct unit testing of code and programs prior to release to the quality assurance team
- Provide ongoing operational system support and resolve escalated issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related work experience
- 3-5 years of IT application experience
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills for process development or problem resolution
- Knowledge of healthcare processes and application system coordination

- Experience within the Healthcare Industry
- Certifications and experience relevant to the role
