      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with business owners to evaluate system capabilities and identify technical problems
      - Coordinate functional requirements with business management and application developers
      - Create detailed specifications and accurate test plans for application testing
      - Develop a thorough understanding of the business unit through regular interaction with stakeholders
      - Provide project support and perform additional administrative functions as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four-year college education or equivalent work experience
      - At least 3 years of relevant banking application experience
      - Familiarity with project management methodologies and technology-driven solutions
      - Basic understanding of client/server, internet, intranet, and mainframe systems
      - Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 to 5 years of business software analyst experience
      - Project management experience with strong leadership skills
      - Advanced knowledge of application integration and database structures
      - High energy with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently
      - Over 7 years of banking experience preferred
