Job Description
- Req#: 84244
- Support our internal confirmations and settlement solutions used across sites and work together with a global team in Germany and the UK
- Support the PCI system for the Chicago Back Office and develop interfaces to other internal systems
- Analyze Back Office processes and develop solutions for automation of tasks for better maintainability
- Collaborate with colleagues from other IT teams to build sustainable interfaces to exchange data and enable E2E processing
- University Degree preferably in Information Systems or Computer Science
- A passion for supporting the business to fulfil their daily work
- Solution oriented thinking and an appreciation for collaboration across departments and teams
- Experience with the PCI system
- Strong communication skills and familiarity with presenting to middle and higher management
- Good self-organization skills and ability to work alone and in a team
- Openness to travel at least once a year to Europe to strengthen collaboration within the team and across stakeholders
- Knowledge of Endur and the Confirmations and Settlement process
