      Your Role and Responsibilities

      • Work closely with portfolio management and trading functions to understand their business requirements, translating business-to-technical requirements and vice versa
      • Design, build/enhance, test, implement and document processes/tools/systems in partnership with IT, middle and back offices as well as software vendors to support front office workflow
      • Plan and work with department and Client partners on implementing road map of front-office workflow feature development / upgrades
      • Ensure front office processes and procedures meet internal standards for data integrity, security and auditability
      • Monitor, analyse and troubleshoot front office processes to ensure their smooth functioning.
      • Manage project implementations with vendors, covering procurement and related administrative issues;
      • Oversee change management to facilitate the users to product adoption and new ways of working.

      What we are looking for
      • An undergraduate degree in business-related or IT-related fields
      • Preferably 3-10 years relevant working experience, including product management/ownership or system used in similar functions, preferably in investment or financial domain
      • Strong sense of ownership and growth mindset
      • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with good problem-solving skills
      • Good understanding of user-centric principles and/or service design
      • Adept communicator (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders across all levels
      • Experience working in cross-functional groups, representing views of different stakeholders and influencing teams towards achieving shared goal
