- We have seen a significant amount of out of state and city applicants and have added this note as a friendly reminder that this is a in office Hybrid position.
- Again, this is a hybrid position located in Atlanta, GA. This role requires you to be located within a 30 mile radius of our office and to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week from 8 AM Eastern to 5 PM Eastern.
- We appreciate your interest in OneDigital, however please do not apply if you are out of state or are unable to come into our Corporate Office located in the Cobb Galleria buildings those three days each week from 8-5 ET.

Collaborate with the product team and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications and solutions
Customize forms, tables, cloud flows, and business processes within D365
Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
Package and support deployment of releases
Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and within scope
Able to focus on multiple projects concurrently
Adhere to change management policies
Actively participate in Agile meetings/ceremonies (e.g. daily standup, sprint review, sprint retrospective, sprint planning, backlog refinement, PI planning, etc.)
Adept at crafting PowerApps and Power Platform solutions
Proficiency in Power Automate and JavaScript
Ability to test and validate customizations such as forms, views, tables, fields in D365
Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales modules within D365
Strong understanding of data modeling and business process automation
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Azure DevOps)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details
Experience in using Agile development process
2 - 3 years of applicable experience
Microsoft Certified: PL-900 or similar certification
Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines, solution management
Creating data models in the Microsoft Common Data Service
Experience developing solutions that span multiple Office365 services
Experience building model-driven and canvas apps using Power Apps
College or university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Strong communication skills including the ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to understand user needs
Solid understanding of how to create scalable and maintainable applications.
Proven track record of creating easy-to-use and functional application with the users’ best interests in mind

Our Newest Opportunity:
The Application Developer will help the company build productivity applications for key business projects. He / She will apply development best practices, and design principles to create easy-to-use and maintainable business applications. The Developer will work closely and collaboratively with the Application Development team, and various business stakeholders, to support strategic initiatives. This position will collaborate with various business departments to execute a variety of projects to improves processes and create efficiencies.
