      Nuveen Services, LLC seeks a Application Developer at our office in Iselin, NJ to monitor the analysis, programming, and configuration of information technology systems software. Develop complex software components and collaborate with developers on the best
      methods of software development and code creation. Liaise closely with Finance, Business, and Application Analysts to generate technical design by leveraging functional requirement documents and design specifications to migrate applications from on-prem to cloud. Maintain and work closely with business and operation team related to Portal Applications day-to-day activities. Fix bugs and develop code for any new enhancement for portal applications. Act as Technical SME and business point of escalation for design issues. Document current state technical workflows across the business areas defined in the summary and design end-to-end strategic workflows meeting key business and operational needs. Prepare and coordinate the integration and user acceptance. Build and deploy activities across multiple applications and Business and Application Analysts to ensure issues are resolved in a pragmatic and timely manner. Assist Project Manager and Cloud Dev manger to supply accurate technical estimation details to derive the target deployment milestones. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.

      Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study and 5 years experience in job offered, or as an IT Architect, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation.

      Salary range: The offered salary for this specific position is $180,000 per year. Please note that the base pay range shown below is a general salary range for similar occupations within the company, and does not apply to this specific position.

      Base Pay Range: $128,900/yr. - $210,000/yr.

      Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
