We are currently seeking a highly motivated Rostering Officer to join our dynamic and fast-paced Crew Optimisation, Roster Planning and Delivery teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and managing crew rosters, ensuring they are published on time while considering safety, cost, legal compliance, and industrial rules.
Key responsibilities of the role include delivering and maintaining crew roster activities in accordance with legal, company, and industrial agreements, correcting anomalies before and after roster optimisation. This will involve considering various factors such as fatigue metrics, early/late distribution, extra-long duty distribution, stand-by duty numbers/distribution, EU/non-EU flight duties, sector distribution, block hour distribution, cost per block hour, and more.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for producing and maintaining monthly crew rosters using optimisation software for easyJet pilots and cabin crew in accordance with agreed publication dates.
!*!To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in either a planning scheduling environment or operational delivery environment. You will be a team player, have a questioning mind that is able to interpret a crew roster with respect to quality and potential improvements, and be customer-focused with a demonstrable keenness to deliver the very best customer service. Being self-reliant and able to take the initiative, but also identify when to refer to others will enable you to flourish in this role. Another key skill required for this role includes having a detailed and strong understanding of regulatory requirements and flight time limitation.
This is a challenging role that requires an individual who is not afraid to challenge positively and constructively to improve the quality of the Roster Product. As a Rostering Officer, you will be playing an essential role in the smooth and efficient running of our airline.

Location & Hours of Work
This is a full-time 40 hour per week position. Hybrid working is available with a minimum requirement of 2 days at Luton Airport.
