      What you will be doing

      The CRO team play an important role in optimising the easyJet digital site to improve conversion rates. The purpose of this role is to be a UX Designer in the CRO team designing AB & MVT tests for easyJet digital journeys. The successful individual will have experience leading on UX/UI Design decisions in web and mobile based products, as well as experience and knowledge of CSS and HTML. Our designer will have an eye for detail and be able to quickly propose simple UX solutions to complex business problems while keeping the customer experience front and centre. Our designer will be able adapt to changing requirements and create everything from basic wireframes to full high-fidelity user journeys. In addition to the core objective for the team to increase conversion rates, the UX Designer will also play an active part in all team ceremonies and processes and looking to drive forward the efficiency of the team.

      The Job Accountabilities of this position are as follows:

      · Part of CRO team reporting into the CRO UX Lead.

      · This role will be focussed on delivering exceptional customer experiences across all products/services, whilst ensuring a consistent and on-brand experience across all channels.

      · Gather and interpret the test and design requirements with the CRO UX Lead, CRO Manager and stakeholders.

      · Working closely with several stakeholders from Product Owners, Project Managers, Data and Insight Teams, Digital Performance Analyst to Front End Devs and other designers.

      · Drive user research and design validation through a mixture of research methodologies. Ensuing that their work is informed by research, customer feedback and data.

      · Be responsible for UX tools such as Userlytics to help gather information about customer experiences on easyJet’s digital channels

      · Play a key role in the CRO team to deliver tests aimed at increasing conversion rates.

      · Play a key role in the CRO team to constantly look to optimise the efficiency of the optimisation processes.

      What you will need to do this role

      · A strong design portfolio and a minimum of 2 years demonstrable industry experience.

      · Expert Figma user.

      · Working knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) and the world of experimentation.

      · Data driven approach to design, using data to identify and solve user problems.

      · Able to design and create user studies in our user research tool and summarise findings to identify user problems and validate UX design.

      · Excellent presentation skills, articulating design decisions/journeys to various stakeholders.

      · Collaborating with in-team developers to support in the build of tests.

      · Working knowledge of JIRA or similar project management systems.

      · Proven track record working in fast-paced digital environments.

      · Good HTML/CSS knowledge.

      · Ability to work across multiple products, projects and to deadlines.

      · Strong team player skills.

      · Experience in working on designs that must meet accessibility guidelines (W3C).

      · Experience working within an agile environment.

      · Strong stakeholder management and communication.

      This full-time role will be based in at our head office at Luton Airport. We typically get together 3 times a week in the office
