- Conduct market surveys to gain understanding of total volume, Carel market share, primary competition
- Utilize market analytics to identify opportunities among main applications such as data centers, commercial chillers, heat pumps, modular chillers etc.
- Track market trends to identify new technology, products, and applications
- Collect customer requests in local market and share it in a structured way with marketing unit (HQ) as the new product development input for Platforms
- Identify product positioning & pricing for new product development
- Work with HQ to help develop new solutions
- Manage global product life cycles
- Coordinate the local launch and deployment of new solutions
- Coordinate product launch, including; training, sales meetings, product selection, marketing collateral, & pricing support
- Harmonize market communication for exhibitions, seminars, webinars and other media channels

SUMMARY
The National Commercial and Residential Product Manager and Applications Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the HVAC/OEMs/Sales and Marketing teams in the development and deployment of sales strategies for commercial and residential applications for the North American market.
This position will act as the liaison between regional sales branches, as well as Carel’s corporate headquarters to ensure the execution of sales strategies and increase overall communication.
Application of Carel solutions in the North American markets is dependent on the software as well as the hardware. The NCRASM will facilitate communications between internal departments to ensure Carel’s solutions are solving the problems that exist in the North American marketplace.

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
The ability to present compelling presentations to customers and to Carel executives
Negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills
Analytical approach to define problems and build strategies
Understanding of fundamental finance KPIs to help make strategic decisions.
