What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide application systems support and collaborate with business/clinical personnel to address system needs
- Develop and maintain functional specifications and operational process flows for system enhancements
- Build, test, and debug applications to ensure they meet end-user requirements
- Produce analysis through reports, dashboards, and analytic tools for management
- Collaborate with operational leaders and stakeholders to prioritize system enhancements and upgrades
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in healthcare, business, or operational settings, or functional/system analysis experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and the application of information technology
- Must maintain all required certifications to support assigned applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- University degree in Healthcare, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related subject
- Strong organizational skills in managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and flexibility in problem resolution
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools
