Job Description
- Req#: R2024-0524
- Provide tailored training to customers, colleagues and distributor specialists.
- Provide professional assistance and support to Marketing/Sales, R&D and international colleagues.
- Ensure that customer requests are handled in a timely and professional manner in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Support Marketing and Sales activities at exhibitions, conferences and seminars, when required.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers by acting upon customer feedback to drive NPS and Customer Satisfaction.
- Actively contribute to Service delivery to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded.
- Actively manage customer evaluation and assessments to monitor trends in student performance and satisfaction.
- Act as a conduit between customers and product development; proactively articulating regional requirements within PCP.
- A Physics Master/Bachelor’s degree
- Equivalent experience as Application Specialist – Physicist.
- Strong clinical background in Radiotherapy and working knowledge of clinical workflow.
- Experience with Citrix, Microsoft Office and CLM systems.
- Working knowledge of Elekta hardware and software products and proficiency in assigned product specialties.
- Ability to effectively interact with customers (via phone and face-to-face).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 70% of the time.

What you’ll do at Elekta

As an Application Specialist, you will be a part of ensuring that our internal and external customers receive first-class training and service support, maximizing customer adoption to drive Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score.
You will also be responsible for capturing customer needs relating to training and product performance as well as interact with Product- and Project management teams to ensure continuous improvements.
