  Job Description

  As application specialist and BIM 3D coordinator, you will:

  • support 3D plant & piping, Electrical & Instrumentation, and civil & structural engineers during the projects by
    • coordinating and executing the data exchange between Aveva E3D and other engineering software tools (e.g. Tekla, Inventor, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Rohr2, ...)
    • merging sub-plant models into a global model and publishing daily Navisworks viewer models.
    • creating engineering documents (e.g. by PML2 scripting)
    • general troubleshooting and user support
  • further develop and improve our 3D modelling workflow and engineering tool working processes.
  • connect the 3D world with the 2D P&IDs (Link objects in AVEVA Diagrams with E3D).
  • add items to AVEVA’s catalogues and setup projects (Site and Zones, Backing sheets, …)

  To succeed, you will need:

  • AVEVA Administrator and E3D experience in a plant engineering environment
  • Basic interdisciplinary engineering knowledge including PML2 scripting, piping materials, electrical cable trays, steel structure members.
  • A degree in IT, mechanical, electrical or process engineering or other technical education (German education Techniker, technische Zeichner etc. are welcome)
  • Readiness for occasional international travel
  • English level: equal or better than B2/C1
  • German level: equal or better than B1
