What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and support the Applied Systems Agency Management components, including the national instance EPIC
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues related to the Applied systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure effective system integration
- Maintain system configurations, procedures, and user guides
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in the Applied systems to implement enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3+ years of in-depth technical knowledge of the Applied Systems Epic Agency Management System
- Proficiency in system installation, configuration, and administration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Applied systems
- Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, including Active Directory and Group Policy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in migrating data from legacy systems into Applied Epic
- Familiarity with integrating the Applied Epic system with third-party systems and managing APIs
- Exposure to accessing Epic data via their Data Lake and advanced analytics roadmap
