What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver technical solutions and sales support to end-customers and distributors in collaboration with Account Managers
- Coordinate interactions between technical and commercial departments for project success
- Prepare integrated solutions tailored to customer needs
- Provide product and service introductions and respond to complex technical inquiries
- Develop and deliver training sessions for internal employees and external partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree or equivalent work experience in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Technical Service or Sales Supervisor role with expertise in engineering cutting tools
- Proven track record of delivering strong business results
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Fluency in English and must meet local driver’s license requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- People management experience is considered an asset
- Relevant experience with Account Management or Sales Management structures
- Knowledge of application and CAD/CAM software programs
- Ability to utilize Office 365 digital tools in collaboration with stakeholders
