What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to assess their applications and product requirements
- Conduct sales presentations and engage with customers on a daily basis
- Liaise between the employer and customers regarding pricing, services, and product releases
- Generate and develop prospect accounts to increase revenue through distribution partnerships
- Maintain and update customer accounts with accurate contact information and sales follow-ups

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of strong manufacturing background with a focus on milling, turning, and grooving
- Knowledgeable in tooling and manufacturing processes
- Experience in job shop environments and customer account management
- Proven ability to develop new customer relationships
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in sales and marketing or related field is highly regarded
- Experience processing customer parts from drawing to finished product
- Ability to assist customers with proper speeds and feeds for materials used
- Experience in designing special tools
- Strong people skills and an outgoing personality
