What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to review applications and product requirements
- Conduct sales presentations and meet customers daily to generate new business opportunities
- Liaise between the company and customers regarding pricing, services, and product launches
- Generate and develop prospect accounts to increase revenue through the distribution chain
- Maintain updated knowledge on products and assist customers with tool applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of strong manufacturing background with a focus on milling, turning, and grooving
- Knowledgeable in tooling and manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to develop new customer relationships
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience processing customer parts from drawing to finished product
- Job shop experience is highly regarded
- Degree in sales and marketing is preferred
- Experience in designing special tools is a plus
- Strong people skills with an outgoing personality
