  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Schedule appointments and meet with existing customers to review applications and product requirements
  - Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate customer needs to the team
  - Liaise between the company and customers regarding pricing, service, and product launches
  - Generate and develop prospect accounts to increase revenue through distributor partnerships
  - Maintain customer accounts and provide follow-up on leads with detailed information
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 1-3 years of strong manufacturing background with a focus on milling, turning, and grooving
  - Knowledgeable in tooling and manufacturing processes
  - Proven ability to assist customers with proper application of tools and processing parts
  - Experience in account management and developing new customer relationships
  - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and effective communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Job shop experience is highly regarded
  - Experience in designing special tools
  - Degree in any field of sales and marketing is advantageous
  - Strong people skills and an outgoing personality
  - Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
