What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments and meet existing customers to review applications and product requirements
- Conduct sales presentations and maintain effective planning for daily customer meetings
- Liaise between the employer and customers regarding pricing, service, and product releases
- Generate and develop prospect accounts to increase revenue through partnerships
- Update customers on product modifications, changes, and enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of strong manufacturing background with a focus on Milling, Turning, and Grooving
- Knowledgeable in tooling and manufacturing processes
- Experience in job shop environments and assisting customers with part processing
- Proven ability to develop new customer accounts
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in designing special tools
- Degree in sales and marketing or a related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management
- Ability to assist customers with proper speeds and feeds for materials used
- Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
