!*!Job ResponsibilitiesThe scope of work of the resource is as follows:1. Understand and manage JIRA related enhancements and customizations2. Work on new solutions and design thinking approach for JIRA3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects4. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress5. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget6. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques7. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques8. Report and escalate to management as needed9. Perform risk management to minimize project risks10. Create and maintain project documentation, process flows and presentationsSkillset required for the role:1. Experience in managing JIRA and its customizations2. Exposure in managing vendor partners3. Working experience in handling of projects4. Client-facing and internal communication skills5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills6. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & Power Point skillsAbout the company
