- Leading day-today production support of business-critical Prime Finance application systems (Synthetic PB/Trading Application Locates Provider) by coordinating activities with global support teams (NY, Toronto and India)
- Candidate will work to support processes and applications that will ensure platform remains resilient and efficient, collaborate with developers and BAs on future enhancements and the development of new applications and product offerings
- Leading incident management response during critical application outage by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and own communication throughout the lifecycle of the incident. Also, own the problem management process for these incidents using ServiceNow tool.
- Analyzing and understand the deliverables as per business requirements and work on the allocated tasks based on priority.
- Working closely with the BA/Dev team and the technology support team to address all the business requests and production items.
- Candidate will analyze and resolve complex issues in distributed environments, often working in close collaboration with global teams. As a highly technical resource on the team, candidate will evaluate and recommend enhancements/changes to existing processes.
- The candidate will need to have the ability to occasionally work outside traditional business hours and weekends to support weekend changes/releases. Candidate will be involved in application change/release deployment process.
- Working with technology and business stakeholders to understand key process flows/pain points and come up tactical/strategic solutions to resolve them proactively.
- Working with multiple stakeholders on Audit related queries and action items and make sure that they are closed within assigned timeframe.
- Excellent working knowledge of Prime Brokerage business/applications and technologies used.
- 7+ years of experience in supporting Prime Brokerage trading systems with primary focus in Synthetic Prime Brokerage, Pre-Trade lines of business.
- Product knowledge of swaps/equity/fixed Income/options and derivatives.
- Exceptional data analysis skills and ability to follow data flows/processes.
- Solid understanding of financial markets and products, in particular Equities, Fixed Income.
- A strong focus on client service and delivery with key focus on incident/change management (ServiceNow knowledge will be plus). Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of IT project & development lifecycles (SDLC) within Investment Banks.
- Programming or Technical knowledge:
- Scripting, SQL and / or experience in Programming Languages
- Database technology – SQL Server, Oracle DB
- Windows Desktop and Server 2008/12, Linux, Unix OS
- Basic understanding of networks
- Excellent organizational, facilitation and communication (verbal & written) skills

Salary Range: 106,400.00 - 203,600.00
