      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the customer support queue during designated hours, either from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific
      - Triage, investigate, and resolve issues related to the web app, data pipelines, and partner integrations
      - Update system configurations and administer customer accounts with accuracy
      - Write clear and friendly updates and incident summaries for customers and stakeholders
      - Create and enhance support and system documentation while identifying patterns for process improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent written communication skills and a calm, methodical approach to complex situations
      - Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly
      - Continuous improvement mindset and commitment to documentation
      - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain open communication
      - Located near Seattle or San Francisco for occasional in-person meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in real estate lending, collateral valuation, or appraisal workflows
      - Prior experience in customer support, technical support, analytics, or software engineering
      - Familiarity with SaaS admin tools, ticketing systems, and basic scripting or SQL
