      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead multiple projects and assignments to improve clinical or business information systems
      - Manage critical incidents and provide expert guidance during high-impact situations
      - Collaborate with vendors and team members to optimize workflows and implement standard solutions
      - Investigate and resolve application and system configuration issues
      - Mentor and support new team members, ensuring successful integration into the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Technical certificate/degree or 3 years equivalent experience
      - 7 years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs)
      - Epic/Workday/Application certification(s) as required by the department
      - Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project Management certification (PMP/CAPM)
      - Healthcare experience
