- Configure, install, and maintain Tommy Bahama's IT application infrastructure. This includes hardware, software, and peripheral equipment connected to the Tommy Bahama network.
- Provide advanced applications, operating system, and hardware support. Typical tasks include systems and user administration, integration, report development, technical and operational support, training, and documentation.
- Provides daily operational support for the company’s internal applications including restaurant systems, eCommerce systems, corporate tools, and other systems as needed.
- Perform project management for infrastructure and application related projects.
- Provide Tier 3 (escalation from IT Service Desk) support for issues that arise at 25+ restaurant locations, and corporate locations, including remote workers.
- Configure equipment and systems at new restaurant locations, assist with installations remotely and training.
- Provide daily operational support for restaurant operations (for Oracle Simphony POS).
- Provide technical assistance and reporting for PCI and SOX compliance programs.
- Troubleshoot Tier 3 application incidents and work with IT teams and vendors to resolve issues
- Identify and develop reports and/or functions where vendor-provided software does not meet the business requirements and customization or process are required.
- Provide 24/7 emergency support for systems and applications as needed on an on-call basis.
- Create and maintain technical/operational test plans for new software patches and releases.
- Create and maintain business process and support/trouble-shooting documentation as they relate to systems.
- Assist in the identification and management of user training, including creating documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years application administrator experience preferred.
- Basic coding or scripting a plus.
- Experience with Windows O/S and Active Directory environment
- Experience with hybrid and Cloud environments, preferably Azure desired.
- Direct and hands on experience with Network or Systems management applications.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal).
- Experience with change management processes and ticketing systems.
- Experience with Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) ServiceNow, and SharePoint preferred.
- Experience working in a complex multi-location organization preferred.
- Ability to recognize the complexities of business problems and use of technology to solve them.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and ability to translate needs of customers, staff, management and support departments into technology solutions.
- Excellent organizational time management skills. Manage and prioritize multiple, simultaneous tasks.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Ability to drive tasks to completion in the context of excellent working relationships with all parties.
- Ability to quickly comprehend/learn new processes, systems, and methods.
- Ability to work through problems independently.
- Demonstrated ability to meet Service Level Agreements in resolving incidents and requests.
- Occasionally able to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds as required
- Occasionally able to bend, stoop, and/or kneel as required

The Application Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of applications and hardware within Tommy Bahama. This position requires practical hands-on experience, and a thorough understanding of application administration to ensure applications are running smoothly, address user issues, and implement new applications, hardware or updates.

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.
Rate Range: $78,000.00 to $124,400.00 annually
