      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide software product training to clinical clients and internal staff, with regular travel required
      - Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot Radiology applications at customer sites
      - Assist in the resolution of software and workflow issues
      - Conduct applications testing as part of ongoing development release cycles
      - Demonstrate products to potential customers, sometimes in collaboration with sales representatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - Experience providing technical support and/or training to users (phone, web, and/or in-person)
      - Ability to work and travel independently or as part of a team
      - Experience supporting applications in a Windows environment (Win10) is preferred
      - Good written and oral communication skills
