      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop software for external/internal websites and intranet using .NET and SharePoint technology
      - Utilize Workday Studio for systems integrations
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
      - Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to ensure optimal performance
      - Maintain documentation for software development processes and systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field of study plus 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a Computer Programming related field
      - Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field of study plus 7 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a Computer Programming related field
      - 9 years of experience working as a Systems Analyst or in a Computer Programming related field
      - Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
      - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with .NET and SharePoint technologies
      - Familiarity with Workday Studio or similar integration tools
      - Previous experience in a remote work environment
      - Knowledge of healthcare industry software applications
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills
