      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop software for external/internal websites and intranet using .NET and SharePoint technologies
      - Utilize Workday Studio for system integrations
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective software development
      - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to implementation
      - Troubleshoot and resolve software issues as they arise

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field plus 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a Computer Programming-related field
      - OR Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field plus 7 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a Computer Programming-related field
      - OR 9 years of experience working as a Systems Analyst or in a Computer Programming-related field
      - No certification or licensure required
      - Ability to work during day shifts, with occasional weekends and call obligations

      - Experience with specific software development methodologies or technologies relevant to the employer's projects
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex projects
      - Familiarity with agile development practices
