      Short Description

      Cooper IT is excited to offer an Epic Cadence Application Analyst II position on our Patient Access Applications Team. This position is hybrid, mix of onsite and remote work locations. Our team is focused on all things Epic.

      We are looking for a candidate who has experience working with Registration and/or Scheduling workflows who would be responsible for: • Implement new systems, enhance and/or upgrade existing systems, system optimization, new feature/function implementation.• Analyzes, diagnoses, and implements system and process changes.• Acts as the application subject matter expert (SME) when assigned to project teams.• Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols.• Works with cross functional teams and Cooper clients by providing education on system functionality, and configuration of new tools to increase end user productivity within the application. • Supports both mentoring and cross training across application teams. • Consistently meets project deadlines and goes the extra mile to ensure dates are met.

      Experience Required

      • 3+ years’ work-related experience required with front-end registration and scheduling workflows• Workflow Experience with Epic Scheduling and Registration • Epic certification in Cadence and Prelude preferred• Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system preferred

      Education Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3 to 5 years relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience will be considered in lieu of degree • Information Technology/Systems, Healthcare preferred

      License/Certification Requirements

      Preferred:

      RN, PT, OT, MA, LPN.Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system.

      Special Requirements

      Must have: • Attend Cooper training classes to learn operational workflows. • Ability to communicate effectively.• Attention to detail. • Support Go-Live events• Support On-Site events
