What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Provide support during client onboarding and orientation processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with health plan administration or management
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
