      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide solutions to complex technical problems requiring analysis and evaluation of multiple factors
      - Design and perform system builds to meet customer needs in line with the organization's information systems architecture
      - Collect and analyze information from system users and conduct feasibility studies for system solutions
      - Prepare and maintain technical documentation to guide system users and assist with ongoing operations
      - Troubleshoot application issues and submit service requests to vendors, following advanced correction steps

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience, including 1 year of direct IT application experience
      - Broad understanding of the system development life cycle and application development
      - Competent knowledge of key clinical areas and/or the revenue cycle
      - Epic Cadence Certification is a must have

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, clinically related field, health informatics, or computer science
      - Previous experience in training, build, and/or support of an electronic health record suite
      - Experience configuring decision trees, scheduling tickets, and template design
