      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, configure, and support activities for the application product line, including workflow design and data management
      - Oversee end-to-end testing, perform debugging, and analyze complex data errors
      - Create and maintain documentation for workflows, process improvements, and product configurations
      - Provide guidance on configuration control processes and assist teams with documentation creation
      - Analyze product design and configuration changes, suggesting alternatives and solutions as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduation from a Community College or Technical School with a degree in Computer Science or a related field
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in configuration management or supporting IT in a healthcare setting
      - Expert knowledge in configuring software applications and T-SQL scripting
      - Strong understanding of the Software and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
      - Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in information technology, engineering, or computer science
      - Four years of progressive experience in the field of information technology
      - Experience in the insurance or healthcare industries
      - Proficiency with C# development and experience in debugging code in Visual Studio 2015+
      - Familiarity with XML and JSON data structures
