- Ensures applications for admission are reviewed and processed into the Centralized Wait list database.
- Maintains and manages waitlist preference per the Tenant Selection Plan in the Central Applications database.
- Responds to general inquiries and requests and provides on-going support to potential applicants and other callers as needed.
- Maintains and manages electronic and manual files pertaining to Applications and Wait List processes.
- Monitors communities for waitlist compliance as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma.
- Two years of administrative or data collection experience, preferably in the field of housing or property management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven competency in the use of Microsoft Office in a Windows environment and an ability and willingness to learn new software.
- Excellent relational and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with minimal direction or supervision.
- Requires the ability to utilize computer systems and software necessary to perform position functions. Basic Windows PC, web browsing (i.e., Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.), and Microsoft Outlook skills required. Other Microsoft Office application knowledge, such as Word, Excel PowerPoint, Skype, and OneDrive desired.

We offer 24 locations in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Garrett County and Harford Counties and Baltimore City.
Catholic Charities of Baltimore, Senior Communities is currently seeking an Applications Coordinator who will be responsible for intake, screening, distribution, and management of all applications for admission and Caring Home Services (CHS) applications. Serves as the first point of contact for callers and visitors to Senior Communities. Ensures the function of the application and waitlist initial processes are conducted in compliance with Fair Housing Regulations. Assists in organizing, tracking, compliance, and analyzing data of special projects or as assigned. The hybrid work schedule is 8:30am - 4:30pm; remote on Monday and Friday; in the office Tuesday - Thursday.
