What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for existing enterprise-level systems and their integrations with transactional systems
- Troubleshoot issues related to supported systems and manage necessary changes
- Design, develop, and administer jobs related to various applications
- Develop functional requirements and technical specifications for coding systems or programs
- Provide exceptional customer service for end-users while managing projects to completion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and one year of related experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in information services
- Good understanding of enterprise-level ticketing systems
- Strong documentation skills, including Visio and infrastructure diagrams
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and share knowledge with team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Experience in REST API, SQL, SSIS, and/or SSRS
- Experience in developing web forms using various tools
- Experience with any programming language to automate jobs around processes
- Familiarity with Active Directory, MS SQL server, and Windows applications
