- Meet individual revenue targets (indirect/direct) for your territory
- Manage your territory’s pipeline and forecasts
- Build and nurture long-term, positive business relationships with key partners by gaining a deep understanding of their businesses, challenges, and future projects
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, current clients, and partners
- Proactively support cloud business development by proposing hybrid solutions and collaborating with SaaS Sales teams
- Experience with E-Business Suite (EBS), PeopleSoft, JDE, or Siebel
- Fluency in English, with Romanian or Serbo-Croatian as either the native language or extremely fluent
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of developing successful, long-term business relationships
- An interest in technology, passion for sales, and strong communication skills, with an understanding of IT systems in a business environment
- High levels of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief, and achievement orientation, with motivation for continuous personal and professional growth
- Willingness to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and challenging environment
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Oracle's ECEMEA License Applications team is looking for energetic and dynamic individuals to help customers maximize their investment in E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, JDE, Hyperion, and Siebel. Whether you're an experienced sales rep with a background in these solutions or a junior rep beginning your career, there's a place for you on our team.
Oracle ECEMEA has a strong, loyal applications install base that needs support to expand, extend, and adopt new technologies. As a representative, your main objective will be to serve as a trusted advisor for Oracle’s partners and customers, developing pipelines, and selling solutions to both new and existing customers within a specific territory.
