Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage large scale collaboration programs with our top-tier global research partners

• Support, and potentially co-author high quality and novel research in relevant research and industry outlets

• Lead (or work with) mixed teams of researchers, business domain experts, technical discipline experts (e.g. AI, behavioural science, design) and external collaborators

• Work with business and product teams, as well as regulators and industry groups to understand opportunities and priority issues

• Develop thought leadership, conduct training, and present results to business and academic audiences

• Participate in strategy and planning discussions with applied behavioural science leaders, external collaborators and business peers

We are interested to hear from you if you have

• Strong familiarity with behavioural science (history, methods, controversies, future directions)

• Behavioural science experience in research, industry or consulting contexts. Experience in related fields will be considered.

• Strength in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods

• Experience in designing, running, analysing and reporting on experimental trials

• Ability to think laterally, and bring together teams, methods and assets in effective ways

• Ability to clearly communicate technical insights and concepts to diverse audiences

• Demonstrated discipline around budgets, deadlines, stakeholder management, quality control, risk management preferred
