      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PhD student or MSc recent graduate in a discipline relevant to NLP/IR/ML/Statistics
      - Practical experience building NLP/IR/ML systems, from ideation to implementation
      - Proficiency in implementing solutions using Python, deep learning frameworks, and relevant tools
      - Familiarity with cloud tools such as Amazon AWS, MS Azure, or Google Cloud
      - Strong communication skills to convey complex AI solutions to diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to translate academic research into working prototypes and experience with novel NLP/IR/ML models
      - Familiarity with generative AI and large language models (LLMs)
      - Self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently with limited supervision
      - Comfortable collaborating with internal team members and external stakeholders in fast-paced environments
      - Publications at relevant venues such as ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, NeurIPS, ICLR, SIGIR, KDD are a bonus
