- Conduct quality audits thorough reviews of residential appraisal reports for completeness and compliance with industry-accepted appraisal practices, techniques, and internal loan production guidelines.
- Assess the reasonableness of the conclusions presented in appraisal reports and identify any conditions that must be met to make a sound loan decision.
- Meet established review production standards, ensuring timely and accurate appraisal reviews.
- Participate in resolving file conflicts, working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of appraisal reviews and provide regular reports on findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Remain current with industry regulations, appraisal standards, and best practices to ensure all reviews are conducted in compliance with applicable guidelines.
- Associates Degree in Business Administration and Management
- 3 + years Residential Appraisal Review, Quality Control, or related field
- In lieu of education, 5 + years Residential Lending with knowledge of Residential Appraisal function
- Bachelors Degree in Finance
- State Licensed or Certified Appraiser

Job Description:
Job Summary:
Performs comprehensive audits of residential appraisal reports and evaluations to ensure they meet industry standards, internal guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Works internally to audit appraisals completed by external appraisers, as well as providing recommendations and feedback regarding the appraisal and processes. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $48,200.00 to $67,480.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
