      Overview

      To assist Bartender in taking care of guests, keeping bar areas clean and making sure that the bars are properly stocked. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).



      Responsibilities

      • Greet and converse with guests to suggest or receive cocktail order.
      • Assist in preparing and serving of cocktails to customers.
      • Clean and organize bar to beverage department standards.
      • Prepare order to replenish stock at bar to pre-determined par levels.
      • Make sure that all Bar items and supplies on hand are accounted for and secure while on shift, also at the end of shift.
      • Knows applicable Liquor Laws and acts accordingly.
      • Makes and redeems change for Bartenders and guests using Bar Top Slot machines according to established policies.
      • Adhere to all Company and Departmental policies and procedures.
      • Assist in monthly inventory.
      • Make known to management about any equipment in need of repair.

      Qualifications

      • High School Diploma.
      • 2 years’ experience bartending and or bar back/porter preferably in banquets.
      • Minimum age requirement is 21.
      • Most possess a TAM card and Health Card.
